Why is it when a white guy likes me, he’s scared to talk but a black or latin guy isnt?

Im black and Ive seen a lott of cute white guys but they are afraid to talk to me. like at summer camp or the skating rink or the mall.. they tell me im cute but they don't want to hang out or anything .. its kinda weird .. i can hangout with latin or black guys but not white. Is it something that turns white guys away or what.

The dudes have a problem. I’ve had several black g/f’s and I’m white. It’s their hangup, and you should wait for the one who sees your inner self, not your color.
It’s calling being prejudice and it still exists. Not all white guys will feel that way so if you want to date a white guy and you are attracted to him, let him know. If he doesn’t want to go out with you, then find one who does.
