I'm interested in learning the vulgar latin language is there any website that teaches it? Does the classical latin and vulgar latin have similar words or the words are completely spelled differently?

Ecclesiastical Latin is very similar to classical. I learned classical, mostly, and can read the Latin bible, if I have a Latin dictionary up to help with tough words. Let me give you a few resources to help you. I use these regularly:

google
For the Vulgate Bible, go to:
http://vul.scripturetext.com/genesis/1.htm
The scripture will be all in Latin, but you can click the Multilingual tab at the top to access other translations. Awesome site.
This Latin isn’t a *huge* stretch from Classical Latin. If you can handle Classical Latin, you can make your way through the Vulgate. The good thing is that by the time of the Vulgate, Latin had become much more simple in terms of phrasing and word order. There’s still plenty of grammar, but the language reads a lot more like modern languages that derive from Latin (French, Spanish, etc.).

1. We do not know much about vulgar Latin, and what we do know of it, is an academic reconstruction of what it might have been.
2. The Vulgate is not in Vulgar Latin, but in a form of Late Latin heavily influenced by Hebrew Syntax.
3. Classical Latin will equip you to read the Vulgate, there is little difference, except in a few minor details of grammar, and specialised vocabulary.
