some degrees say you need to learn Spanish for a degree. Others say you need to know Latin for the terms of what they use for medical.
I also need to know which language I should take before college.

Niether is a requirement for Veterinary School, but you can choose which one is right for you and which one you will benefit the most from. You could also choose French, German, or Mandarin. Good luck.
Depends on which degree.
Your best bet would be to check the requirements of the various vet schools you’re interested in. My own instinctive reation would be that Latin is especially useful in the sciences, especially medicine, and Spanish would be needed only if you expect to work in an area with a large Spanish-speaking population.
