You can actually teach yourself Latin using the audio course available on Latinum, along with the new beginning readers on the tarheelreader.org website.
Both of these resources are free, and are designed to take you to a very high level. http://latinum.mypodcast.com

Please read the FAQ before starting to use the Latinum course.

Well, some high schools teach it. So, if you're still in high school, see if they have a Latin class. If they don't, look at community colleges in your area. If you still can't find any classes, look at bigger universities. After that, I am afraid I don't know...

Hope I Helped!

resr30 made great suggestions. At our high school (a private school) Latin is mandatory throughout high school.
I have one more suggestion:
See if there is a traditional Catholic Church in your area - one run by the Society of Peter or by the Society of Pius X. Latin is the language of their liturgy, so there is more interest in knowing Latin in these communities, and you might find someone who can teach it to you. In fact, I have met people there that spoke Latin fluently.
However, you will not find these communities everywhere, so it is just something to check out to see whether it exists in your area.
