This is one of the best books on the subject:
Lingva Latina per se illvstrata, by Hans H. Ørberg, is a Latin course written entirely in Latin. It consists of two parts, familia romana, the fundamental course, and ROMA AETERNA, the advanced course, with a volume of INDICES.

The problem with these languages is that they are considered "dead" languages. Except for a handful of people nobody can fluently speak latin. There are lots of books out there that can help you learn latin.
In some countries in Europe latin is taught at the end of high school. Latin is very similar to Italian, French, Romanian, Spanish and if you know any of those languages then it will be a lot easier for you to learn the proper pronunciation.
In conclusion the best way is to pick up a book from library and make sure that it has also the phonetic pronuntiation.
