Well, just memorize the 2 first letters of each country and its capital, or associate the sound or the way the capital its written with things! I’m from Panama, so it wasn’t so difficult to me, I learn the USA states and capitals associating the form of the state with the 2 first letters of each one!
its not so difficult, u just have to think positive and use the law of attraction!
