according to the Romanian Dictionary & Pharsebook it states "In the Latin linguistic family, composed of nine languages, Romanian has the fifth numerical place, after Italian, French, Spanish, and Portuguese." So what is left other than English?

They do not all have official status, though many do, but all of them are considered proper languages with their own grammar and vocabulary.
Well I’m guessing it’s a common misconception, but English is not a Romance language. English is a Germanic language. So, the five you have listed are the most popular. As for the others, there are a ton, and I’m not sure in which order they really come in, but here are the other few.
Catalan (català), Occitan (occitan), Rhaeto-Romance (romontsch), Sardinian (sardu), Corsican (corsu), Galician (galego), Aruminian, Asturian, Auvernhat (Occitan), Campidanese (Sardinian), Extremadurian (Spanish), Friulan (Rhaeto-Romance), Gascon (Occitan), Gallurese (Italian), Ladin (Rhaeto-Romance), Lemosin (Occitan), Logudorese (Sardinian), Macedo-Romanian (Romanian), Nuorese (Sardinian), Provençal (Occitan), Sassari (Italian), Sicilian (Italian), Surselvan (Rhaeto-Romance), Valencian (Catalan), Vallader (Rhaeto-Romance
English is NOT a Romance language, it’s a Germanic language. As far as I know, there are only 5 main Romance languages (like if you don’t count languages like Catalan)
The major ones are French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Others include Catalan, Provencal, Romanian, the Rheto-Romance languages, Galician and Sardinian. Sometimes it’s hard to determine which members of this second group are languages in their own right and which are dialects of others. (As the linguist Antoine Meillet is thought to have said, "A language is a dialect with an army and a navy.")
