What are the chances of a people from another planet knowing the language Latin?

..without any previous connections to Earth?
yea...I figured slim.
welcome to my headache.
I thought about making a whole new language (just for one set of people)
But that sounds time consuming, and I really am not up to it.

I'm tried of thinking about this. My brain hurts.
Tips on what I could do here?
