Latin irregular verbes – How do you learn them?

Does anybody know tips or tricks to learn the irregular verbes in Latin, If they give you the latin infinitivus in the test
I mean if you have to learn a list with rows like this:
aperio, aperui, apertus, aperire, to open
etc.

There is just one way: learn by heart as you normally do with english irregular verbs.
If there were tricks they wouldn’t be irregular. Fortunately as in most languages there aren’t that many of them and they tend to be the common ones, many of which you already know. As for the rest, you just have to memorize them.
As with any language, you can learn them by repeating them over and over, otherwise, in context. You might find the learning resources available here will help you with your Latin:
