What are some important events that happened in or around 31 BC in Rome, also all over the world, I might make this a world newspaper if I can't think of more topics to write about. Also what is a good newspaper title that I can use? Thanks.

For the title, how about, "Fidelis Nuntius," which means "Faithful News,"?
And for information in 31 BC, try this website:
http://www.roman-emperors.org/auggie.htm
It has a lot of information about events surrounding Augustus, who was the emperor at that time.
For other events, try this:
http://www.fincher.org/History/WorldBC.shtml
You’ll have to scroll all the way to the bottom. It has a few world events around 31 BC.
Hope I helped!
Caesar’s best advance took alot of Gaul.
Well u could just use "Latin Newspaper."
