Simply take the first syllable/sound of the word, move it to the end, and at 'ay'. If it only has one syllable/sound to start with, just add the 'ay'. So "How are you today?" turns into "Owhay aray ouyay oodaytay?" Get the picture? And gibberish? You just make that up as you go! ^_^ Pig latin is insanely simple. So Latin becomes "atinlay". I suppose it's not too hard once you get used to it, and start thinking in that vein, but, for what purpose? It's really not hard for other people listening to you to pick up on quite easily (at least, those well grounded in English).
