"possidetis" - stress on the "de" syllable, as it is the last but one and marks the verb form. So "possi" will be like the English syllable in "possessive". "de" with a long E (not ee), "-tis" needs a short EE sound and will be like the obsolete English "´tis" as in Shakespearean "´tis night, my friend". Therefore: "utti possi-dee-tis".
