Yup. they’re the same unless you want to put them into a sentence. Then the endings would change. i.e. Ernestina’s house would be "domus Ernestinae" or "I gave a rose to Georgina" would be Rosa Georginae dedi.
I’m pretty sure it would stay the same, actually.
