I would eliminate "take control of your life" and focus on "with the help of God". Then I would add "everything is possible". The implications and inferences equal or surpass "take control of your life". The end result is "In Deo Omnia Possibilia". The absence of a verb, which would be "Sunt", is at your option. It is not necessary but; if you choose to use it, it would be added as a fifth word (at the end).

If you would like to stay with your original ("take control of your life with the help of God"), the thought is incomplete. If you are looking to say "With the help of God I can take control of my own life.", an acceptable translation would be "Cum auxilio Dei diregere meam vitam possum.".

I would select "In Deo Omnia Possibilia" before "Cum auxilio Dei diregere meam vitam possum." because the shorter version is less expensive and, I would guess, certainly less painful.

There are, of course, many more possibilities that would satisfy your request.
