How would you write "Heaven liveth at the feet of mothers" in Latin

Caelum apud pedes matrarum habitat.
Or if you prefer, you could leave out the preposition apud (meaning at, near, among) and just say pedibus. i.e. Caleum pedibus matrarum habitat. It means the same thing, but is a big more ambiguous. I think it’s closer to the way it would be written in Classical Latin though.
