A few questions on Latin vowel pronunciation?

1. How do you pronounce an E at the end of a Latin word, given that the E is not part of a diphthong?
2. Are C's ever pronounced like S's, or are they always hard no matter what?
3. Is J pronounced like Y?

    3: There are no J’s they’re all I’s but Yes They are pronounced as y’s

    well, the word "sedere" (to sit) is pronounced SED-ear-ray. i hope it helps

    no j is not pronounced like a y
