You notice their voice trembles. Its looks like they are close to crying. Is it because of racism, language problems, etc. The latin people can't approach white people with the same level of respect and dignity, they always have to talk like a black person with words like yo whats up homie. Their is also a condescendence that is there when white people talk to hispanics

1. How do you pronounce an E at the end of a Latin word, given that the E is not part of a diphthong?
2. Are C's ever pronounced like S's, or are they always hard no matter what?
3. Is J pronounced like Y?

Like, when people wrote to each other or published newspapers, did they use the Latin alphabet or the Cyrillic alphabet? I know that they spoke Serbo-Croat, but I'm not sure which alphabet they preferred to use.

Ok, so I'm currently doing Biology at university and most names/terms are derived from either latin or greek. I want to learn these two languages, perhaps only to a basic level, so as i can learn the literal meanings of the many terms used.

I am learning Spanish (Spain) from Rosetta Stone, and I want to know is that still good Spanish to talk in Latin America. Like the Spanish language spoken in Spain, can be spoken in Mexico, or Honduras?
If there are differences in the Spanish language between those 2 regions, are they understandable to communicate in either region (Spain and / Latin America)?

I heard Spanish is the easiest foreign language but most English words are from Latin. Wouldn't Latin be easier? Sources?

I've only known a few,and they were elderly. Is the Church letting Latin die out? What is the common language used at conclaves? Also, what do you think about reviving Latin as a global language,at least for Catholics? (The priests i mentioned could talk conversational latin - pretty amazing).
Who said anything about the Latin mass? Can't you people even read? The question was reviving it as a global language for Catholics.

It's known that Italian has the closest vocabulary to Latin, and Romanian has the closest grammar. If you were to put them together, just how close would you be to recreating Latin (obviously, Latin's still around - I'm just asking this out of fun).
