I'm trying to get a tattoo idea made, something along the lines of the founder of Rome, Romulus. He slew his twin brother Remus, and shouted this line in Latin whilst doing it. Any accurate translations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

blood of my blood refers to a family member. i know sanguis can mean blood and i think consanguine refers to a relative (according to web searches) but i have no understanding of latin & no idea how to put this phrase together.
